A few photos from a visit to a flooded Leighton Moss just before Christmas. Quite an experience wading through the surprisingly deep water thankfully the RSPB staff warned me beforehand that all the hides were inaccessible without wellingtons.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Flooded woodland just before Lower Hide. Unfortunately with the water level at the top of my wellies it was time to turn back.<\/td>\nView back along the causeway with the Public Hide on the right hand side. Water level approximately 30cm above the footpath.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
