Plenty more calling from deep within the reedbeds along with several Water Rail. Currently thought to be approximately\u00a071 Bearded Tits around the reserve. In addition to the\u00a0145 Little Egrets the\u00a0roost close to the Lower Hide has\u00a0recently become home to up to 7 Great White Egrets.
