On previous visits the drystone walls have proven to be a reliable spot for Yellow Wagtails and Redstarts but unfortunately not on this occasion.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5848\" src=\"https:\/\/naturalbornblogger.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC8352.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/naturalbornblogger.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC8352.jpg 800w, https:\/\/naturalbornblogger.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC8352-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/naturalbornblogger.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC8352-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/naturalbornblogger.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC8352-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/naturalbornblogger.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC8352-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/naturalbornblogger.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC8352-385x257.jpg 385w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Upon reaching the Priestway we headed south towards Dancing Ledge and picked up the SW coastal path.<\/p>\n<p>Plenty of Wheatears to be found with the drystone walls and bales of straw proving popular spots. Neither of them are native and are thought to be descendants of deliberate releases that occurred during the Victorian era.
