\nNot too sure about the identification of the white plant material however it was low down on Lesser Water Parsnip. At first I thought it was something that had just blown in perhaps off other plants within the area but something just struck me as being odd about it so I took a couple of record shots with the intention of identifying it when I got home. A week later and I\u2019m still no wiser.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Great to see the Bellflowers in the roadside verges and next to the entrance. The wild version growing in its natural habitat certainly looks better than the straggly specimens I tried to raise from seed a couple of years ago.<\/p>\n

The diversity of plants (and other wildlife) within the Malham area is really impressive.
